Technical Training
Technical training is given to handle system administration, report writing, customizing forms and work place and application development.
User training
The goal of employee training is to enable employees to carry out day to day operations efficiently by utilizing all the features without making mistakes. Every user should know how to cross-check and identify mistakes and how to correct them.
Train-The-Trainer
It is less costly and very effective if select a train the trainer approach. Designated trained employees are responsible to train their peers.
